Kelly BrownMiss Teen Inver Grove Heights  was crowned MISS TEEN MINNESOTA 2016 on April 30th at the Wellstone Center   in St. Paul, where she met other County/City titleholders from across the state to showcase the "Accomplishments of Today's Teen”.

MISS TEEN MINNESOTA, KELLY BROWN speaks out about the "See The Person…Not the Disability” My two brothers were born with intellectual disabilities as a result of a blood disorder called “thalassemia” Tony is higher functioning but Viny has difficulty communicating. It is hurtful and frustrating when I see others only focus on their disabilities, which is what they have but not who they are.  By  partnering with The Arc organization, it is my goal to protect the rights of those with disabilities and support their inclusion and participation in our community. I believe EVERY person deserves the chance to reach their full potential.  For more information go to:

Kelly  resides in Inver Grove Heights.  Kelly ’s  hobbies Card ticks, Recently took up boxing, self-professed black belt in bargain shopping, Enjoy taking drawing classes, Athletic trainer for Simley HS lacrosse team, Making “Creative Visualization boards.
